Her grandfather is famous for the creation of the Ohio Stadium at Ohio State University. D'Angelo was a student at the high school in Upper Arlington (Ohio) during her very early years. Beverly was an illustrator and was a performer prior to her entrance into the acting scene. She was also the backup singer for an American rockabilly band which was later changed to "The Band."
